TeleHealth- This was utilised during Covid restrictions, but at Body Matters Physio, it's a very hands-on treatment. That's where we can make the best changes for you, but if you can't make it, you're welcome to reach out and we can organise a Telehealth appointment.

Payment at the time of consultation is required.
Your private health fund may pay part of your consultation fee. Bring your private health fund card at the time of your visit and you can utilise the on-site Hicaps machine, so you can just pay any remaining gap and not need to claim back later from your fund.

We require a minimum of  24 hours notice for cancellation, failure to do so will require full fee payment.
